Dr. Omar Al Mahaini is a seasoned medical professional and healthcare leader with over 20 years of experience in clinical practice and healthcare management. With a strong foundation in pediatrics, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Medicine from King Saud University and completed his Pediatrics Residency at Henry Ford Hospital (HFH), USA.
In 2005, Dr. Al Mahaini began his entrepreneurial journey by establishing his first private clinic. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in expanding access to quality healthcare across the region, becoming a founder and partner in seven polyclinics—three of which specialize in dialysis services.
As CEO, Dr. Al Mahaini leads with a vision to deliver patient-centered, high-quality medical care while driving innovation in healthcare services and operations. His leadership focuses on building sustainable healthcare models that combine clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and compassionate care.

Dr. Ammar Abdulbaki is an American Board-Certified Nephrologist with over 20 years of experience in the diagnosis and management of kidney diseases.
